Flota User Agreement

Welcome to Flota! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Flota app ("App"), an AI-driven conversational platform. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Flota. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately at fusonmarikaa@gmail.com if you detect unauthorized access.
Flota Team grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You agree not to:
l Use the App for any unlawful or harmful activity.
l Circumvent security features or disrupt service functionality.
l Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Flota’s AI-powered conversations are for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate responses, the App may generate incomplete or imprecise information. Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available within the App. By using Flota, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
All content and software within the App are the exclusive property of Flota Team or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
Flota is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim any warranties regarding performance or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flota Team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Flota Team reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. You may deactivate your account by contacting fusonmarikaa@gmail.com.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Flota Team operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
